Project Coordinator

  1. Coordination between the Project Manager and other Departments and Parties to ensure timely availability of all work pre-requisites including resource availability, coordination with all stakeholders (Client, Contractors, Vendors…etc.).
  2. Good commination skills and ability to pass clear messages through meeting minutes, e-mails, reports, memos, phone calls…etc.
  3. Strong follow up attitude, spotting hurdles, issues and getting the tasks moving through resolution of such hurdles and issues.
  4. Friendly attitude and team spirit with non-toxic behaviors and attitudes in the work environment.
  5. Organized approach to work assignments, defining priorities and defining the optimum execution scenarios.
  6. Flexibility and adaptability to diversified tasks and work instructions.
  7. Basic planning skills including, defining the scope of work, interfaces between various activities and the specific activities needs for streamlined work progress.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate tasks and activities among team members.
  2. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  3. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
  4. Assist in resource allocation and workload management.
  5. Facilitate team meetings and ensure action items are followed up on.
  6. Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and deliverables.
  7. Document project progress and maintain project documentation.
  8. Provide support to team members as needed.

Education, Experience & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent).
  2. Fluent English (additional languages is a plus).
  3. One to Three years of years of experience.
  4. Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  5. Experience in coordinating teams and clients.
  6. Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
  7. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
