Terms and Conditions
A more accurate costing must be done once the scoping has been completed. The above charges specifically exclude the writing of financial and management reports or any other nonstandard reports. These aspects are charged for on a time basis or will be quoted for when specifications are available. Any On-Site support required outside the scope of this quotation will be charged for at an hourly rate of R850.00 per hour, provided that where Services are rendered Overtime, services will be charged at the Overtime rates. In Project Hourly Rate ex vat R 750excl Travel will be charged @ R7.95 p/km if more than 10 kilometers from our offices.
The above charges do not cover the cost of Airfare, accommodation and car hire for out of town costs which will be charged for separately to Client. The above specifically excluded any customization of the software in any form.
All prices quoted are valid for 7 Days and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Monthly prices will be linked to the US Dollar prices. Microsoft License fees will be invoiced on the 25th of each month and must be paid by the 1st of the following month. If the fee is not paid by the 1st of the month the software will expire within 5 days thereafter.
